Delete your VIVA account

VIVA Social is operated by Santos f Varela pineda. You can delete your account and personal data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

  1. Sign in to VIVA.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete My Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Email fernadovarela25@gmail.com with the subject “VIVA Account Deletion Request” and include your username or the email you signed up with. Never send your password. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account, profile, photo and bio
  • Your posts, photos, videos, comments and likes
  • Your messages, call history and live streams
  • Your followers/following, notifications, settings, blocks, reports you sent and push-notification devices

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Limited records may be kept only where the law requires it. See our Privacy Policy.
